JOB DESCRIPTION
Opportunity to gain experience in a leading Global Investment Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Providing operational support for the agency lending desk you will
work closely with traders and counterparties to ensure accurate and
prompt loan and return settlement to mitigate risk to funds
* Review and resolve contract level breaks to ensure accurate
booking of loans
* Analyze short positions due to fund sell activity and determine
most efficient method of remediation
* Communicate with trading, middle office, custodian banks and
borrowing brokers to ensure all exposure is mitigated to avoid
financial and reputational risk
* Vigilantly and continuously trying to identify areas of
improvement and be a part of developing the plan to implement change.
* Assist in the development, testing and implementation of new
procedures, products, and technologies aimed at improving service to
clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor?s degree
* Brokerage industry experience, preferably in middle/back-office
operations
